- Can I try EndFrame before committing?
- Yes. Every new workspace starts with a free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial period.
- What happens when I hit a usage limit?
- We will notify you when you approach your plan limits. You can upgrade at any time to increase capacity. We never silently drop your data.
- Can I change plans later?
- Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual plans are available with a discount. Contact our sales team for details on annual and multi-year agreements.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards through Stripe, and PayPal for subscription billing. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.
- Is my data secure?
- EndFrame uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and SOC 2 aligned practices. Your attribution data stays yours.
